AT HOME BEAUTY TREATMENTS I love to whip up (literally and figuratively) spa treatments at home! Hair Smoothing Oils—apply a generous ammount of Lauren Huttons new Brazil Oil to hair ( from approximately 1 inch from scalp to ends) from 1 hour- to overnight- before washing, wash & condition as usual - your hair will reward you by being tangle free, soft ,smooth, nourished! Body smoothers - do this alone, but more fun with someone you care about...get your shower stall really steamy- blend about 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 1 tbs honey, add 1/4 cup of heavy cream, stand in the hot shower, away from the stream of water- apply the mixture all over from your neck to your toes- massage in for about 3minutes, allow to set for another 4-5 minutes, I'm sure if you're with someone you can find something to do.....allow the warm steam to soften the mixture, but be sure to avoid the hot water! Change the water to tepid and rinse—apply AVOCADO OIL . To rinse and set the oil with a quick burst of cool water—emerge....invigorated, smooooth.....soft..... |
